Fuck them. If they do decide to do anything (assuming it is not a 'fuckwit', of course), then you can change it. I don't believe the copyright laws care if you are making a profit off of something, though, only if you are using it a manner not licensed by whomever holds that copyright. In any case, as I said, fuck 'em. We like it, and will kill them if they become a problem.
