Hi, um, two completely different situations, ya see, we were at WAR with Japan, cuz they like, mercilessly bombed our naval base n stuff? Granted what we did to Japan was rather excessive, but that was an act of war. One might theorize that in some skewed way, we deserved it because of our failure to support palestine in their unfortunate struggle with Israeli occupation, but then you'd just be a racist assuming that all middle eastern countries are the same, as palestine had nothing to do with the attack.
The "world is in sorrow" because the fucking World Trade Center, a zenith of international commerce and relation, not just for america (hence, World) was DESTROYED. And so were thousands of civilians to go along with it so it's not completely symbolic.
Our government may have our flaws, but not so much that we "deserved" this. I doubt any of the people flying to california to see friends and loved ones "deserved" this. I doubt anyone in the WTC or the Pentagon that day "deserved" this. I doubt my friend's parents who were on that flight from dulles "deserved" this.
Further, i'd like you to quote your sources and tell me when and where the United States Government has declared Martial Law and the detremental effects thereof. Do you even know?

The thing about WWII, if you had read more carefully, was pertaining to how we are "in sorrow" over the deaths of whatever the number is now of the people killed by the so called terrorists, while we bombed multiple innocents during WWII with our mighty powerful experimental weapons that caused that whole fallout shit, which in turn killed more people most probably.
Also our government, I do believe, has yet to declare martial law, but I'm not stating that they have, I'm stating that what will happen if they do it?
Besides that, we call these people terrorists, our government says that we will not back any form of terrorism, and yet we back that alliance shit, we back our own agents on the field who most probably plant some bombs here and there, and we have been giving money over to terrorists for a long time.
