Though Set is correct in that The Necronomicon was a work of Fiction; Set is also halfway incorrect. Howard Phillip Lovecraft wrote two sections of that book and that was it. Lovecraft wrote the First Section and the Final Section. The Entire Summoning/Spell section was written by an illustrious Man you remember as Aliester Crowley. They both lived during the 1920's and each were within a few States of each other on more then one occasion. Lovecraft lived in Rhode Island. Crowley had a live in residence on Manhattan Island in New York State. The documents presented to the publishers by "Simon" were in actuality already in the possession of said publishers. I think most here know of August Derleth; Lovecrafts Protege'. He was the mysterious "Simon".
Set more then one culture has at one time or another possessed scrolls, tablets, or books of the dead. You are so fascinated by the Egyptians you forget who thier forefathers were. In doing so you destroy your own heritage. Stupid Monkeys. I blame the short little mayfly lives you Monkeys lead.
