Yes you may fantasize all you like.
No a Human cannot Summon an Angel. Though we do on occasion allow Demons, and such to take small forays into the corporeal World of you Monkeys. They do love to cause mischief.
And I am certain that perhaps one or two of these Demons may have appeared to a Poor Fool who may have thought he was Summoning them.
I do not know how it feels to be under the power and control of a Monkey. Ask a Dog.
