"Satan" is just a title given to anti christians, anyone can be a Satan. Read The Sandman by Neil Gaiman it has Lucifer Morningstar a/the Devil as a angel of light cast down from Heaven. There is more than one "devil" in hell but Lucifer managed become "the" Devil for some reason.
Work is of two kinds: first, altering the position of matter at or near the earth's surface relatively to other such matter; second, telling other people to do so.
