That's a psychological question, where the answer is meant to evaluate the person's state of mind on their views about life. If the glass is half full, then the person tends to view life in an optimistic view, however if the glass is half empty, then the person usually is in a state of pessimism, so to answer your question, the glass is usually half full, but at this present moment, as I try to finish this redundant homework, the glass is half empty, and it's time for a refill.
