I cannot make the same claim, since asprin does nothing for tension headaches, gotta stick with the acetamenophin for that. As for the vegetarianism, it would probably kill me to do it, no joke. I am what a dietician would call an intuitive eater, meaning my body demands, and I give it what it demands. Not so much specific foods, but foods containing that which I need, and as things stand, I have to take suppliments in addition to getting everything I need from food. My body does not work right otherwise, particularly in the digestive aspect. Any unwanted changes in diet have caused muscule pain, tiredness and fatigue, bowel issues, muscule cramps, and diminished brain function, as well as an increase in my already too high blood pressure, but hey its not for everyone, if you have the money for the suppliments you have to take, and the desire, then do it. Farewell Little Brother, You Shall be Missed 1989-2007 I'm gonna kick you ass for this though |
