Just because you go to a church does not mean that you believe in all what the pastor preaches.

The pastor of my church believes that believers and non-believers should not be married. I obviously miight have a bit of a problem with that.

My father is an Athiest, my mother is a member of said church. She still attends because her faith in God and the fact that she hopes to "pray" my father into Christianity.

People sometimes just over look the bad when it comes to organizations they are close too.
