Best to keep away from the St Kilda foreshore here then.
The place is full of palms and semi-naked (sometimes fully) plastics, both female and male.
I think the amusement park (luna park) has something to do with attracting them like a big magnet.

I regard them as eloi (from original time machine movie). Though, having said that, I don't live in the industrial underground and eat them, that's just wrongtown.

Just walk on by and ignore them if they bother you that much, there are greater evils in the world to worry about.
