Implants (breasts specifically).. Yeah, i want to see and feel something firmer than an 18 Year Olds 32AA's.. Thank the gods you can't use anything but saline as a filler anymore!!!
Granted, i can understand someone that has had a mastectomy getting one to replace what was lost..
