I've not accepted yet, i'll wait to hear from my solicitor if it's genuine. I'm asking for offers over £86,500 - market value is £95,000. I want AT LEAST £95,000 which my estate agent tells me is achievable. The guy said he was a cash buyer and £95,000 wouldn't be a problem. I hope he's not laundering money.
