Your heart is in the right place BUT in fact Man can create "natural" products which resemble their natural counterparts.
We just tailored a simple microbe I believe it was. Soon enough mankind will be able to tailor petroleum eating bacteria, amongst other more fabulous bugs in order to tailor our environment to meet our needs.

We can also if we wanted to replenish our natural flora fairly easily if we so wish.

Right now almost 20,000 acres of land a year here in the USA is being developed for organic/natural production of grains and fruits and vegetables with predatory insecticide idealogy being used rather than chemical insecticide.

The organic/natural foods market is growing by over 25% a year.
It is a growing trend and will continue.
