Can't say I was a fan, but I can say I've been checking out their music now... and seeing Once which stars Glen Hansard has peaked my interest.

As for right now... Well it was Black and White by Micheal Jackson, and it made me laugh because the skit before the song starts with the boy and father yelling makes it really clear that they are listening to a cassette deck... ah the time before CDs
