One of my neighbors: they like to mow lawns. Not only do they mow their own, but if they feel your lawn isn't up to standard, they'll mow your lawn - without asking, and without wanting any money for doing so.

Imagine waking up to a lawn mower, looking out the window and seeing some stranger mowing your lawn for you...

Turns out they've nothing better to do lol
