They already said that this will change nothing at all in the way that blizzard is run and how it operates. This is just a move so they can share resources with big partners. If anything this is a good thing I think because:

A: You can now buy stock in ActivisionBlizzard which is a public company.
B: Blizz now has a powerful resource to draw from when they hit crunch time and they need to get shit done faster than if they hadn't merged.
