A few days ago I fiddled with my Windows appearance, and it made the scroll bar on the side the exact same shade as the panels, therefore I can't see the scrollbar, which makes for some annoyance.
The thing is, I can't recall what I did to do it, as I was either high or drunk. Thought it might've been Theme Editor, or Windows Blinds, but messing with them only causes more annoyance lol. It's probably something embarrassingly simple.
