part of me wants to be outraged that their required to pay such a high amount for a program designed to keep kids out of trouble and off the street, but at the same time, what are they teaching their boyscouts about acceptance and the law?

i'll leave this choice to the courts, personally i don't see why it's a big deal, gay people aren't a threat to our children, pedophiles are.
