What can I say, when I do have a real problem anymore, its quite a doozy. I had once thought it to be a result of my overall lack of confidence and self-esteem, but that is what I get for thinking. The past few weeks have shown me I do have much to be confident about, but that hasn't helped with this problem. Nah, that'd be too easy. At any rate I dunno if focusing on something else would help as I have no real focus when the spells happen, but I will try. As for getting use to the situations, that is gonna be a real problem as I don't find myself in those situations very often, which could be why things are as bad as they are now
