Alright so I have this problem with shyness. I don't mean the simple red in the face, easily embarrased around new people type shyness either(though that is part of the problem) I mean light-headed, rapid breathing, 400 pound fat man on my chest, parylized with fear, unable to speak, or think, near damn panic attack shyness. How does one deal with this when the very situations that would help end it, provoke it further. For everything I know about social conduct, personal problems in social settings, and all that other happy horse shit dealing with people, this is the one problem I cannot figure out the solution to.
