thinking of the subject, a bro and i back in high school used to go up to the book/coffee shop and read sartre and nietzche and he was big into camus and kant. we used to bullshit and play chess and get way to high on caffine. dani left and i was off today with nothing to do, so i figured i'd go do what i used to when she wasnt around. i was thumbing back through sartre and it hit me "why do i give a fuck about what 2 generations ago thought and percieved about the world? where's the relevance?" i also figured out i equate nietzche to lovecraft, dark fiction.
