For me, the only issue worthy of debate in regards to Zombies is if it would count as Necrophilia . . . How would a court of Law handle it if say, Zombies become a commodity after an outbreak is brought under control (As in Shawn of the Dead) And your take your neighbor to court for restraining and having sex with your Pet Zombie while you are having him look after the Ghoul while you are on Vacation? Is it Rape? Necrophilia? Vandalism? Could your neighbor argue that the Zombie was shambling and cocking it's head in a provocative manner? Or that that tone of the Zombies moans indicated pleasure and thus consent?
