Some general resume tips: have great verbs. perfromed, executed all that fun stuff, the cover letter gets them to be interested and want to read the resume, the resume exists to get you an interview and the interview gets you the job.
It also depends on what your experiences are as to how you split them up. If this is one of your first ones then splitting it up by job is a good way to start.
Dont forget volunteer work either, things you do with the community, or other random things about you that make you a great candidate for this position that you might not normally think of
