I've never designed nor built a bridge, nor do I have the capacity to do so. But if a major bridge collapsed on it's first week and killed a hundred and fifty people I'd feel comfortable saying that the architect should be held and investigated.
The really sickening thing is when you actually stop to examine this retarded, Fox News propagated mindset of giving the troops carte blanche to do whatever they like. I mean, what's your message- do you think most of the people serving in the military are sick and twisted enough to
