How does one obtain medical treatment, emergency or otherwise? I've never needed anything serious (well, one time I did, but the clinic wouldn't see me due to some technicality with my insurance), and I don't know how one goes about selecting a doctor or even when one should go to a hospital instead of private doctor. |
