Law does not (I should say should not in todays backwards court system) judge an indivduals moral character. It only applies penalties to fact. To say a person is beyond redemtion is to judge an indivduals moral character. Once you sit in judgement of someone based on moral character you have opened the door for everything a door that swings both ways. |
Once a thief, always a thief. but please lets stop talking about petty crime. I dont recall the last time someone was sentenced to death for stealing. We wwere talking about murderers etc. Do I believe that once someone murders someone else in cold blood theres a good chance he will do it again? you better fucking beleive I do.
