I think it’s hard to compare the war in Iraq with WWII, We all ready won the war in Iraq, it’s the occupation that’s all messed up. The other big difference is that in WWII we got involved after it started We don’t have to convince other countries to fight on our side, if we had some how gotten involved in WWII before Europe and used the same diplomacy we are currently I don’t think things would have gone very well. An other difference is that in WWII we had a clear goal, I’m still not sure what the goal of the war in Iraq currently is.
