I have what I call my UBER VITAMINS! I believe they're called Celadon something at about $50 a bottle. My neurologist recommended them. It says "dietary supplement" on the label, and they include at least your recommended daily allowance of each vitamin and nutrient. That might be why they're dark green, almost black, and smell like hamster food.
Besides, you'd be amazed at what you can eat. For instance, an apple is only 80 calories. A pack of raisins only 60. A lean ham and american cheese sandwich on wheat less than 300. Salad, grilled fish, organic fruit. I just stay way from stuff with lots of sugar, soda, coffee, caffeinated tea, and that eliminates a good portion of the average American's calorie intake.
