What fairy tale world do you live in? Currently health care plans are a part of employee's salary that they never really see until they get sick. If national healthcare is instituted, the employers are going to pocket that money, and everyone will essentially be taking a pay cut. Maybe a very few companies looking to get some good PR will give their employees a raise, but the large majority won't give a shit.
