if you stick at it, it works.
i cycled 8 miles a day for 2 weeks when i was in switzerland. i lost 2 stone, and toned up my midsection very nicely. as soon as i got home, put it back on.
you can't expect miracle results if you dont work hard and keep at it. If you think a forum is going downhill, you have no-one to blame but yourself. |
