Well, my whole point about aggressive action is that it is by and large not fully justifiable when the situation is critically examined. Britain had nothing to fear from the nations of it's Empire; even America defended itself and became an autonomous nation without taking things further and invading. Germany didn't have any real, concrete justificaton to massacre the Jews either.
