And as i've said many many many times before in this forum, science has no 'facts' just as good as we can get for now. If a 'fact' is equivilant to 'truth" then this post is relevant, if not, then its not relevant lol.

I didnt so much mean the current situation, though that's a valid thought. It was more along the lines of ones mentality, and personal inner workings, which is without doubt influenced by the current situation.

And on things needing belief, well, to some degree yes. I have to believe that the scientific method of inquiry is what brings us closer to some truth. That i have to believe, i cannot know that. So based on that belief, i can go about things in a systematic way and figure out more about the world we live in.
