Veggie Tales is Christian, and it is cleverly written with lots of sight gags.

I had a Christian game back in high school that was comparable to others available for that (simpler) platform. Instead of a ray gun or psi-power or something to fight enemies with, you had "songs of praise"- musical notes eminated in front of the character (Moses- hey, it's no lamer than Mario) and made the enemies disappear.
