They live in AFRICA, in ASIA, in INDIA, in SOUTH AMERICA. Because high paying jobs only exist as a SMALL MINORITY of openings: which are LIMITED in number. There are MILLIONS of people that can do your job BETTER than you can, and are more INTELLIGENT, and more COMPETENT than you are.
