So in this board we've established that bartering is just another form a money system...well civilization itself was established off of a bartering system. Once people started to make the slow gradual shift to an a less nomadic lifestyle and farming actually gave rise to SURPLUS a crude class systems that started ONLY after this surplus existed. priests came into power, slavery existed when one could not pay back borrowed crops. if you had more stored grain you could barter for other goods. even cuneiform, the first writing system was developed to keep track of this surplus. You take away this bartering from surplus you take away any form of hierarchy. Since society only came into existance because of bartering it would be mortally wounded should any form of it be deleted. Every single person would have to be completely self sufficiant in order not to need to trade goods with another person, since as we said bartering is just another form of monetary systems.
