You take away this bartering from surplus you take away any form of hierarchy. Since society only came into existance because of bartering it would be mortally wounded should any form of it be deleted. Every single person would have to be completely self sufficiant in order not to need to trade goods with another person, since as we said bartering is just another form of monetary systems.
class systems were already in place (its an aspect of evolution).

you cant have a society without bartering you also cant have a society without more thaen one person. Diffrent members of a single nomadic tribe have diffrent skills that are traded amongst the members of that tribe there is no getting rid of it because it is an intergral part of survival and cooperation. We all go hunting togther and share in the risk and the work so we all share the kill this is the most rudementary bartering agreement and gave birth to a more advanced society then that which is if we all huddle togther my odds of getting killed are less.
