well since the "computer help forum" has dissapeared from my vission il post here since it says suport

my dvd burner cant read any dvd:s (data,movies,games or empty) any idea what it might be ??

when i put a dvd that has contens it simply apears to be empty and when i put in an empty dvd it cant find it(CD:s work fine)
