Eggplant pizza?? Those 2 just do not mix in my head. I've never liked eggplant. I haven't had it for years though since I avoid it. Maybe I would like it now I'm older. I hated asparagus for years, but I tried it out of politeness - my friend cooked it. It wasn't as terrible as I thought it would be, so I guess you never know.
