lol Somehow, IMHO, I wouldn't lump Wagner in there (that is "romantic")...not unless you are some huge Viking into S/m. I just don't think of Wagner in that sense.
Since I really am not feeling the 'romance thing' (esp. not in the physical sense), I will just mention three of my faves, who you didn't list...

I think that Saint-Saens' "Le Cygne (The Swan)" from Carnival of the Animals, and Albinoni's Adagio in G Minor for organ and strings are some of the most beautiful pieces ever written.
