First off, a QUOTE-UNQUOTE human life isn't considered as such until it has the possibility of being able to survive outside of its mother's womb...until said point in time it is considered to be a part of the mother or something along the lines of a parasite. So no, your life doesn't exist when you're conceived. At least, not according to our law.
