I have the
amazing power of memory. All that is true, and it's the reason everyone is pissed off at Bush for not following that model. Instead of setting up friendly dictators, we're trying to change the culture of the region. Where we still have to be friends with dictators, we're leaning on them behind the scenes. They're having elections in Saudi Arabia now. Playing the "enemy of my enemy is my friend" game has brought us nothing but grief, and someone is finally trying to move us in a better direction.
