What I found funny was that he thinks its wrong he was not accepting into the merit list (national? I dont think so) Because his GPA was 1 point too low... 1 point is a huge fucking difference in a GPA, if a 4.0 is merit worthy and an A average and youre rocking a 3.0 thats like asking why you a C+ student couldnt get on the merit list over a bunch of A students.
