This is legal in 9 states for now and more are in line to implement the laws but are meeting opposition from voters.
I have no problem with it as long as it is for repeat child molesters and repeat dead beat dads who refuse to man up but keep reproducing affecting my bottom line i.e. Tax dollars.
Problem is someone will always test the law and try to convict a one time offender under these laws. Also a seventeen year old sleeping with a eighteen year old is child molestation but to a lesser degree and should not carry such harsh penalties.
What do you think?
