Since you're 19 and working, I'm assuming you haven't chosen a career path that would lead toward an administrative job, but there are other jobs that include mostly sitting, like Call Center Operator and Truck Driver, which I saw on the news is in high demand right now (although it would involve getting in and out of trucks).

Alternatively, you're young enough to start college and without looking wierd, or a technical or evening school that would allow you to do some work while preparing for something less strenuous.

Do massages help? Your Mom & sister could administer those. Maybe you'll get to take Vicodin or Morphine for pain and enjoy life more than you ever have before! I'll keep you in my prayers.
