i read the article and found it an very interesting but not as persuasive as it might have been. i'd like to see him back a few of his statements up, especially that it can be "easily proven" that my body contains millions of atoms that once belonged to christ. besides it seems he has a very static view of the world, although he speaks of "ever changing" bodies - and i personally cannot agree with the first point he makes, that our senses distort the world; that we can't see everything i can believe but that what we do sense is nonsense no rational human being can either believe or support with rational argument. my final take: thought provoking, definitely. convincing, not so much. anyway a nice read for anyone who likes discussing the fabric of reality... |
