I am not disputing you, nor do I think there can not be exceptions. I would say that most exceptions are anomlies that are expermentations by those who have the latitude to do so. They are short lived, most will return very shortly to the social group from whence they came.

For example most rich people might have a one night stand with a poor person, but a long term relationship is highly unlikely.

The developed nations have a social structure that affords many individuals the oppurtunity to explore various social groups, but these are samplings and most will not stay there, unless those indivduals ended up there against there will, like the homeless.

Is there a link between indivuduals that reject the social norm and those that produce inovation, or do we emblish in order to improve the mystique.
