I think most people with hippies for parents, who were hippies themselves, or have recently watched "The 40 Year Old Virgin" have heard the song. Aside from that, the theory surrounding the Age of Aquarius is pretty thin. I, personally, like the idea that some sects hold to: that we are, in fact, approaching not the Age of Aquarius, but it's polar opposite - the Age of Leo. I like this better, considering I am a Leo. Although I think the majority of modern astrology is bunk (Day to day horoscopes are a joke; however, I reserve judgement, as a surprising percentage of peoples' birthcharts I have read in the past have been eerily on the mark), I would absolutely love to see a new cultural renaissance. Personally, all I see currently is America's decline into decadence. We're going the way of the Byzantine. I think I might take up learning Mandarin...
