No, I don't think that jobs are better done with different genders because that is subjective and is constantly changing due to society.

50 years ago, you wouldn't have a woman as a graphic designer, but now they dominate all design tertiary institute, and slowly we are taking over the design world. 50 years ago a woman would have been persuaded not to study graphic design.

Women doctors are in demand all over the world nowdays. But there was a time when society didn't believe in women doctors.

Just like once all teachers were men, now they are mostly women. Just because there are more women wanting to be teachers, doesn't mean that women make better teachers. It's about oppurtunity and society's views on it I guess.

We need to be more open minded about these things. Just because something is a certain way, doesn't neccessarily mean that it is that way because that is the best way or the only way. It's just that way for now.
