not all humans, only the genetically inferior...

biodiesal, would help....but unless all cars were converted to diesel engins, our little gas efficient neon would be pretty much, pointless...

water pumps!?

design an engine based on that design...fill it with water, let the spinning wheel start power to the car, as it heats up, the steam expands and sustains it...

it works for dams...most of our electricity comes from dams...and that's one of our lower bills!

even in winter time...
