hmm, the other options I can think of if your able to try it on another PC to see if it does the same thing, or try another monitor on your PC if your able to. By the sounds of it though it might be that there is something wrong with your monitor and i would highly recommend that you DO NOT try to fix it yourself. You can look at it as a metaphor for the fleeting nature of human life, or just chalk it up to my being a sick, bloodthirsty monster. Either way, it's all the same.
