Not really. For one thing my character gives reference Sweet Tooth as a mentor. Furthermore my character's detachment from reality make him unable to establish the fact that he is indeed killing the people that he runs into. Sweet Tooth on the otherhand knew exactly what he was doing and had no shame whatsoever. Third, I have neveronce written anything about an icecream truck or a curse. So no this is not at all copying Twisted Metal Black, verbatim or otherwise.
