I don't believe doing it before marriage is wrong. While there are some young people that can decide for themselves, I do think there should be laws to protect them.

I don't believe parents really factor into the equation. If you are mature enough to decide these things, then well you are mature enough. I wouldn't expect teenagers to openly have sex with their parents around, but it should be understood by parents that their children might. Better to be safe and educated. Some schools don't believe in sex-ed because parents think their kids shouldn't be doing it in the first place. That is ignorance.
